Estadía en Concepción

+ Un hotel espectacular. El desayuno increíble, con ofertas para todos los gustos! El personal super atento y disponible para cada necesidad o consulta. Está bien ubicado, cerca del centro de Concepción. Volvería sin lugar a dudas.

Mala experiencia. Muy decepcionante.

+ Desayuno

− Baño sin extractor de aire, sin jabón de ducha y tapa de WC mal instalada. Al ducharse se moja puerta y piso. El aspecto del baño en general sucio. Alojamos 2 días (que se pagaron al entrar) y a las 24 horas se bloquearon las tarjetas de acceso. Eso es un detalle que molesta bastante Y lo mas importante es que vinimos a descansar pero nos dieron una habitación con ubicación oriente que daba a la obra en construcción (puente nuevo). Viernes en la tarde y sábado en la mañana fue una sinfonía de demoledores, compactadores, martillazos, etc. Sabiendo que existe momentáneamente esta externalidad un mínimo de deferencia fue habernos instalados en una habitación alejada del ruido con ubicación poniente
