Miejski hotel o wysokim standardzie z bardzo dobrymi śniadaniami.

+ Dobry hotel o wysokim standardzie. Ładnie i nowocześnie aranżowane wnętrze. Doskonałe, różnorodne śniadania. Perfekcyjna obsługa. Nieskazitelna czystość. Dobra lokalizacja.

− Mój pokój na zdjęciu wyglądał inaczej niż w rzeczywistości. Wybierając apartament junior oczekiwałem - na podstawie zdjęcia, że sypialnia jest wydzielona od salonu. Zastałem zwykły pokój z trzema pojedynczymi łóżkami co przy podróży z dzieckiem stanowiło dyskomfort. Wytłumaczono mi w recepcji, że pomylono zdjęcia na Booking.com. Mimo oficjalnej skargi w recepcji i na kanale WhatsApp, nie zaproponowano mi żadnego alternatywnego rozwiązania. Od sieci Hilton oczekiwałem bardziej profesjonalnej obsługi w tym zakresie.
