Luxury stay in the heart of downtown town Lisboa.
+ Breakfast was amazing. Staff were great. Pedro’s tour was exceptional. Room very small, but I guess that’s what we paid for!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful boutique hotel
+ It is a lovely hotel in the center of old Lisbon. Pedro, the guest manager/concierge was amazing. We took his complimentary walking tour and enjoyed every minute of it. He shared information about the history of Lisbon that we had not known. The staff at the hotel were knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
− Just needed to know that the taxi stand was available at the square. The evening desk staff did not tell us that but the morning staff did on the day of our departure.

The location is very good and staff are helpful and friendly, they reply to requests very fast.

− La pieza con vistas a la ciudad es muy pequeña. El personal fue muy amable a excepción del host del desayuno, quien no estaba presente cuando llegamos y se disgustó con nosotros por pasar a tomar desayuno, sin esperarlo. Esto fue la última mañana de nuestra estadía y el personal que atendía el desayuno ya nos había atendido. No fue el trato cordial que uno espera de un hotel de estas características y precio.

− Juste l'impatience du personnel pour quelques minutes de retard pour le check out. Un comportement en décalage avec la qualité de l'hôtel.
