Great location, good balcony to see the Northern Lights
+ Location, friendly staff, sauna
− Weren’t allowed an extra hour for checkout for free after staying six nights and paying for an upgrade. Had to pay 40 euro flat fee for later checkout. Also variety of hot food at breakfast was boring and repetitive. Same four dishes every morning. Not value for money at all.

Exceptional hotel, staff and location!!! Allowed us to enjoy Reykjavik for a few days!
+ Central location by the Old Harbor Reykjavik. The staff were wonderful!! Special appreciation for Justina who made our group comfortable and arranged our accommodations as needed, answered our questions and guided us. She was exceptional!! 5 star employee!!
