bruyant impossible de dormir Manager odieux petit dej infecte A EVITER

− Il est inadmissible qu'un hotel ou on est censé dormir, vous loue des chambres donnant sur les travaux d'agrandissment de l'hotel et qu'ils travaillent de nuit ! Mon épouse avait des boules quiès et a pu s'endormir, moi à 1h30 du matin je suis descendu à la reception ou la personne a convenu qu'il y avait beaucoup de bruit avec une machine qui faisait des travaux . Il m'a certes proposé une autre chambre mais vu l'heure et la gène de déplacer mon épouse j'ai décliné. Le pire c'est le manager qui le matin en partant vient me voir tout condescendant "que puis je pour vous sir?" je lui explique ma nuit et lui propose de contacter la personne de service si besoin. Il me répond "non, je vous crois mais vous n'avez pas changé de chambre donc pas de geste commercial! et il est parti sans se retourner quand je lui ai demandé à quoi servait un hotel si ce n'est dormir, et qu'ils pourraient éviter de louer les chambres donnant sur le chantier ! Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner est infecte!
