Come for the property and stay for the service

+ Outstanding service and beautiful property. We stayed over July 4th weekend and the entire staff - including Jennifer, Karen, Adam, Xavier, Damien and Luis - went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We stayed in a King Suite with balcony and found the rooms to be spacious and very clean; the entire hotel feels modern, well appointed, and well cared for. We took advantage of the house cars multiple times a day and each time the drivers were prompt and greeted us with umbrellas when it was raining. While we didn’t use the bicycles, we briefly checked them out and found them to be in great working order and well equipped for casual city cruising. Karen and the other concierges went out of their way to accommodate our requests including bringing dinner to the beach and searching our room for a lost item while we were out. Damien and the other drivers were also always close at hand for assistance with luggage, driving and getting set up at the pool. 13/10 team.

Exceptional Experience at White Elephant Palm Beach

+ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the White Elephant Palm Beach while celebrating our 26th anniversary. After a very difficult few years for our family, this trip meant a lot to us—and the staff truly made it unforgettable. Adam Yazinka was the standout of our visit. From check-in through departure, he went above and beyond in every possible way. He anticipated our needs before we even asked—whether it was having a beach cooler ready each morning or preparing bikes with waters and even protecting our phones from overheating. His attention to detail and genuine care are unmatched. Karen was also fantastic—so warm, kind, and sincere. Her smile brightened our day every time we saw her, and it’s clear how much she cares about guests. We also loved Xavier, John Wayne, and Luis, who made getting around town and enjoying the beach effortless and fun. They were always friendly, professional, and accommodating. We are so grateful to the entire team for making our stay so special. This was truly a magical experience, and we can’t wait to return! — Johnna & Mark Massoni

Beautiful property, but no soundproofing at all in rooms.

+ The property is beautiful. The staff is amazing! They remember you by name.

− The rooms, however, have no soundproofing whatsoever. And my view was to a wall. I could hear my neighbors chatting all night long. I did not enjoy it.

Perfect destination for a couples getaway

+ We cannot say enough good things about this hotel! We booked a couples’ weekend getaway at the last minute after a terrible experience with another hotel, and choosing the White Elephant turned out to be the best decision. It completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A special thank you to Karen, Xavier, and JohnWayne for their outstanding customer service. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made our weekend memorable. They are a huge asset to the hotel and absolutely deserve recognition for the exceptional experience they provided. We are already looking forward to our next stay at the White Elephant!

+ Beautifully decorated and landscaped. Conveniently located in Palm Beach. Staff helpful and knowledgeable Coffee and pastry bar. A friendly driver is available to take you to restaurants and shopping. Everyone was happy and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed .

Don't waste your time or money.
