The Indian Restaurant is the hidden gem
+ Hotel was pet friendly and family friendly, staff fluent in English Arabic and Russian, offered good tourist packages to CIS customers. Staff are super friendly! The Indian restaurant is fabulous!

Bad start but ended well
+ I was about to destroy this hotel in my review due to some issues we had there with a paid event and staff but as soon as I voiced my complaint, the other staff really stepped up to make things right. The manager called me the next day as well to apologize and offer my wife and I a dinner. I’d like to recognize Anu and Sabu for their great service and hospitality as well. Overall, the stay was good. It was dog friendly which we really enjoyed. The hotel was nice and the beach was beautiful. I don’t have children but it was very kid friendly as well.
