Great Getaway

+ Visited 5 times already. Amazing resort, always go with the all inclusive package whenever you stay here. Worth the money. Housekeeping team is great, Sabbir from housekeeping staff does an amazing job.

Horrible experience.

+ Hotel experience is 2-star at most. Staff does not provide you with all the information when booking, you end up shocked by service multiple times. You are provided with a "free room upgrade" just to find out that you are placed in a room which minimizes work for the staff, even on your expense. We were placed in a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator and 3 kids to drag up the stairs. Buggy waiting time is horrendous. You spend 30% of your stay waiting to be transported across the hotel. All inclusive package is extremely limited, nothing on the package is worth drinking, food in restaurants runs out, and when you ask the restaurant staff to prepare more, they respond with laughing at your request. I asked for my room to be cleaned at 9 am. At 5 pm, still not cleaned. Hotel accommodates drunk adults in kids pools, shouting and screaming with no concern to other visitors.

+ Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We upgraded on arrival to a villa with its own pool and to ultra all inclusive. Amer on reception was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Ahmed, Walli and Godson at the Club Members Beach bar were all excellent, our sun beds were always ready when we arrived and they knew what we were drinking and kept us supplied. The food at the beach was delicious. We ate at the Basilico restaurant every evening, the service was great and all the staff were super friendly. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The room was cleaned every day and mini bar restocked daily. Spoke to the manager Mr Garcia who was always had time for a friendly chat and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return later in the year.

Dreadful

+ The staff are absolutely amazing and very hard working. This is great but their hard work cannot make up for the dated appearance of the hotel, rooms and facilities. Our room was awful, linen was very worn and looked grey! The bed and other furniture was very old. The pool area is very poor with loungers which look and feel very tired. All the community bars were soulless. The marketing pictures are quite misleading, don’t be fooled if you want a nice experience.
