Een aangenaam verblijf met mijn gezin in Sumqayit
+ Groot appartement met 3 kamers en een heel vriendelijke verhuurder. Mijn kinderen hebben genoten van de attracties op de boulevard die vlak voor het gebouw ligt. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien om te koken en de verhuurder stond altijd voor ons klaar als we vragen hadden. Het uitzicht op de Kaspische Zee is adembenemend.

+ При северном ветре (который преобладает в данном регионе) стойкий зловонный запах на набережной.
− Негативный опыт общения с хозяевами, которые не зарегистрировали в установленном порядке своих гостей (во всех остальных странах это прямая обязанность принимающей стороны). Из-за этого при выезде из страны на нас был наложен крупный штраф.

Excellent property and super nice host
+ The apartment is spacious and contains everything one might need. The host is super friendly and nice. Location is very good looking at the sea.
− Often there is a power outage in the whole region, which has nothing to do with the host. In one occasion it lasted for approximately 30 minutes.

+ Очень хорошие хозяева, дружелюбные, во всем готовы помочь, чистая, ухоженная квартира с шикарным видом на Каспийское море, через дорогу парк с аттракционами. В квартире есть все необходимо для комфортного проживания, бесплатная парковка, детская площадка, магазин, рестораны в доме на первом этаже. Рекомендуем.
