+ Prostor věže a možnost být v ní ubytován. Blízkost centra, parkoviště a zároveň stranou mas. Útulné pokoje, hezky vybavené.

− Protější skupina nahluchlých hňupů u vody, co si pouštěla na plné pecky něco, čemu říkali hudba. Nicméně to v deset večer vypnuli a byla to smůla, bývá to tam prý jen párkrát do roka.
