+ The resort has vert different vibe overlooking a river and in rainy season it becomes very beautiful. The staff in the property is exceptionally nice. The restaurant staff during our visit made us feel very comfortable especially Jay.

Not a good experience having gone through a Brand like "Hilton"

− First of all Entry was blocked because of heavy traffic at the main gate as well as entry lobby because of restraurant/ cassino ! When we argue that we are the hotel guest and need to check-in urgently for next program at town. Security somehow made the path halfway and we had to walk down to the reception lobby. Room was given after half an hour but there were no towl etc. for that we had to call multiple times to the reception. Next morning, we had to called the reception( no house keeping direct call botton) to get bottle of water! Have not taken BF becuse of early flight.

A wonderful and relaxing stay with warm hospitality,excellent service,and a great swimming poo
+ We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Panaji. The hotel has a beautiful ambience, well-maintained rooms, excellent hospitality, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well organised, making our stay truly pleasant and relaxing. A special mention to Mr.Anuj, Mr.Karan, Mr.Faizal Shaikh , Mr.Shanthanu and Ms.Yashi for their excellent coordination, helpfulness, and warm welcoming behaviour. They were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely valued and added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would definitely recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Panaji to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality in Goa. We look forward to visiting again!
− One small disappointment was that the indoor play and recreational facilities, such as table tennis and badminton, were not functioning/under maintenance during our stay. We were looking forward to using these facilities, especially as they are a great addition for families, so it would be wonderful if they could be maintained and made fully operational.
